I have a ton of mods installed, including a grimmchild mod. I dont know what charm is left at the bottom right corner, so I wonder what charm it could be

IIRC when a mod adds new charms, a new entire row is created; so it's possible that there's nothing for that slot.

That being said, you should also uninstall HKTool and HKTool Legacy at some point, and then install them again. That should fix your issue with those, which could also cause game bugs

I'm not sure what you mean by "list"? If you mean the one in-game, then no: Mod names on Installers/ModLinks often don't match what their name in-game is in the top-left text
