When i connect to the server I see other people but when me and the other people go through transitions suddenly they're gone, here's my modlist

Like, if others are paying transition randomizer or a mod that affects the map , then that can happen

im guiding a player through the game and he appears in the room on the map but i just can't see him
i have a temporary fix of disconnecting and reconnecting
but it only works until another room change

i've noticed it but a brushed it off it feels like im seperate
when i go through a room
sometimes i see other players
but they're in another room
i was just in crystal peaks i was the only person there on the map but then i saw 2 other people hitting something
but they weren't there on the map

These sound like issues that existed with an older version of HKMP when there was a lot of lag. Iirc they were fixed, so I'm not sure why you're having them now

Yeah, your mods list shows that it's up to date; but I don't really have a suggestion for what to do other than disconnect and reconnect when you notice the issue
My best guess would be that you maybe don't have enough RAM / VRAM to support what mods you have installed.
You might want to try joining without Pale Court and/or HK Vocalized enabled, and see if that fixes the issue
