is there something im missing to get item sync to work? I have all the dependencies and when picking things up in our multiplayer run it didn't sync the pickup

Did you and the other person start an ItemSync run together?

Yeah, we were using nucleus co-op so it had all the same mods

Having all of the same mods isn't relevent-- it's just a matter of whether or not you started an ItemSync run or not

If you didn't start an ItemSync file, and were in the same ItemSync room, then it won't work

How do you start an itemsync run? I downloaded it straight from scarab+ so i didn't get much info on how to use it
