Did you read the error?
Also saying "if you ask i can show the error messege" is incredibly obnoxious. Read #1047656117913800704 , and share all relevant information.

Close it, right click on the exe for it, then select "run as administrator"

follow this tutorial unless you want to use skins with hkmp in which case it will work differently. The video uses an older version of scarab but it still works the same
