I was playing hollow knight with mods (boss bar, vocalized, debug mainly other mods are belongs to vocalized) few days ago. I was on god home and trying to pass P5. I died and when I tried to go back for it I got teleported over and over again to my bench every time I got too far from it. (every 5-10 seconds on normal walking speed). I opened the mods one by one and I found out that only mode that does that is debug mod. I reseted all settings but it didn't worked. I tried to reinstalling and it didn't worked. Can someone help me?

If by reset all settings you meant using the "reset all settings changed by debug" button (and not reset the global settings or reset all keybinds) then my guess would be that you accidentally bound one of your commonly used keys to the respawn command.
To check if that's the problem you can either use the "reset all keybinds" button and see if the problem still happens, or if you don't want to lose some of your keybinds you can manually find the respawn option in the binds menu, click the corresponding white circle (be careful to click the correct one since apparently you're playing on an aspect ratio that messes a bit with the menu) and press esc
