can’t use spells in hollow point

Hitting the button just switches if I have my gun or not, a few things I’ve seen say that you need to use the quick cast button but I don’t think it’s there on keyboard, I’m wondering if there’s a mod I need to download to add in a quick cast key or if there’s anything else to fix it? (I just got evasive action and I have 2 adrenaline)
