It's possible that Charm Crab no longer works with Rando since the recent Rando updates.
There was a big overall on Rando, and the Charm Crab dev isn't active on this server

Charm Crab should still work on its own, AFAIK. It doesn't work with a lot of mods though, as it even mentions in the ReadMe for it
