I have absolutely no idea where to find the files to host a server

Some friends and I have been looking for the file MultiWorldServer.exe listed under this GitHub page; https://github.com/Shadudev/HollowKnight.MultiWorld/tree/master/ItemSyncMod
is there somewhere that I'm unaware of, or is this guide out of date now? if so, what should I do instead?
