Rules of this save:
-Non-F1 drivers only (now and in the future, only drivers that have never raced in F1)
-Best available non-F1 staff (there are no real TCs or HoAs that aren't the F1 staffers, so I chose the best from the worst tier of generated staff. Again, only hiring staff that is not from F1 in the future)
-Starting settings: Same as Hungry Newcomer, but $15m starting instead of $20m, and Mercedes instead of Renault

I think I already messed up. I got a good amount of upfront money because I built the Helipad and Memorabilia Room right away and finished it before sponsor negotiations started, but I put about $20m into the Car Part Test Centre and the Suspension Simulator. Now I'm out of money, Pourchaire can't stop crashing the car (although 2 of the 4 weren't his fault), I've only gotten rear wing upgrades finished, and we're at Shanghai no closer to points than at the start

Pourchaire picks up an underfloor problem on lap 1, and Drugovich totals the car in Shanghai 🤣 Pourchaire still got P13 though. I'm thinking the earliest we can contend for points is Montreal

Some encouraging signs the next two races; no crashes, and a 13th and 12th for Pourchaire. We're definitely on track to be a points contender for Montreal as front wings and suspension will be added
