Hardest Possible Create-A-Team Settings

This is where I'll document my results of a create a team career in which I made everything as hard as possible on myself. The starting budget, car performance, and facilities have all been set to the lowest option and both AI race difficulty and car development difficulty have been set to hard. I'll be simulating most races in the 2024 season and I'll provide more thorough race stats, season stats and commentary as in-game time progresses. I present to you the poorest, slowest, most underdeveloped F1 team of the modern era: Contingency F1 Team

Liam is out of contract for next season and since I have no money to upgrade the race simulator, he hasn't been improving at the rate I hoped. After recieving a few million dollars from a mandatory sponsor obligation, instead of using the money to upgrade the race simulator and further develop my drivers, I just used it all (and more) to sign a better driver instead 🗣️

I've signed some more staff members. It turns out staff in f1 manager 24 are very fond of high signing bonuses. In fact, they are even more fond of a high signing bonus than a decent salary. I am barely scraping by this season, but I'm optimistic for the next season and the following ones.
