Zenvo, in search for recognition and success, decided to create their own F1 Team. An ambitious project where they hope to fight for points and make themselves known worldwide...

Even though they managed to get into F1, Zenvo got surprised by the cost of entering f1 and didn't planned enough money for the 1st season... As a consequence, the team will start from scratch, but the team is confident to grow as they can't be worst right now....
Now that the context is set, let me present you our drivers
First of all, a danish team means a danish driver. Even though Magnussen has many years in F1 and a lot of experience, Zenvo chose to go with Frederik Vesti, great promising driver, 2nd in F2 in 2023. They put a lot of faith in him as he ll be the first driver of the Team, after some free practice with the driver, the team is confident and don't understand how he doesn't have a baquet this year. (Pls let him get a seat in F1 IRL soon, I love him)
As for the second driver, talks were on going with Zhou but he refused because he wanted to be the team first driver. Mercedes tried to put Schumacher in but also make the team use the Mercedes motor. Zenvo racing team refused, as they already have a motor for the next 2 years : Ferrari
The team then decided to make some try outs with those drivers : O'Ward, Hirakawa, Giovinazzi, Shwartzman, Drugovich and Maloney.
Even though they were 6 and the choice could have been difficult, the damage made on cars became a huge indicator for Zenvo F1 Racing Team. Giovinazzi crashed when trying a simulation quali lap, O'Ward was awful towards the team, Hirakawa spun and broke his front wing twice.
After hearing rumors about Stroll maybe leaving F1, Drugovich decided to stay at Aston, which means only Shwartzman and Maloney were left. Shwartzman being faster, the team wanted to propose him a contract, but the higher ups refused. They explained that his nationalities will cause problems and they don t want a negative image.
Then you understand that Zenvo 3rd pilote is Zane Maloney, Congrats !

My objective will be to have a better car than Sauber at half season and then work on next year car. We are SLOW, so first of all we ll work on Max speed. We can't be slower than Alpine when we don't even have a Renault motor.

Oh well... there is work but i didn't expect Maloney to be behind by nearly 1 sec of Vesti. Seems like we may be able to fight against the Alpine and Zhou for this Bahrain Grand Prix ?

Bahrain GP Race Results : Vesti P19, Maloney P21
That race was laborious. Right off the start, Vesti fell down to last while Maloney jump started to p17. Quickly, our pace wasn t good enough to fight against other drivers. Vesti was able to hold on and even went up on a late first pit with soft that he saved perfectly. Meanwhile Maloney went a bit wide on last turn and suddenly went from P19 to P22. After this, Vesti fought all race long with Gasly and succeded to get a P19 thanks to a good last stint where he followed Magnussen who pitted 5 laps before the end. Meanwhile, Maloney took advantage of his tyre preservation to get back in race for P21 against Zhou. The crafty boy broke Zhou's front wing to make sure he stays in this position. From what i saw, we re not bad on tyre preservation. As I thought our top speed is way too much trash and we lose a lot in slow corners. Front and rear wings will probably our next priority.

Jeddah GP Race Results : Vesti P15, Maloney P19
Both drivers made an amazing race ! Vesti and Maloney both started on soft, preserved it and waited for a VSV created by Magnussen DNF to pit for hards. Vesti was around 6 sec ahead Maloney and fighting for p18 with Bottas while Maloney was handling Gasly and Zhou. Vesti made a lock up which made him lose 10 sec and made him last. Maloney surprised the team by his defending abilities to help Vesti come back and race against Zhou and Gasly again. While we were on a 1 pit strategy, Gasly and Zhou were on a 3 pit stop strategy.
A safety car happened around lap 30 when Lewis spun in turn 3 and was stopped in the middle of the track (should have been a red flag). Both drivers took the opportunity to cover Zhou and Gasly pit for softs as they did the same.Over 10 laps, the 4 of them were fighting while Bottas was ahead by only 2 sec. Zhou crashed in the last corner on lap 45. Vesti and Zane stayed on track while Gasly stayed. At the last restart both drivers gave everything they had. Maloney couldn t stop Gasly and his new softs in the last lap but made sure that Vesti could focus on attackin which he did ! A really nice p 15 where he overtook Bottas and Sergeant at the end. Really nice race where both drivers showed their potential. We'll also keep in mind that McLaren let down Piastri which has stayed on hard until the very end, with no pit in both the safety cars.

After a good day at work, time to go for the Australian GP ! Vesti has a new underfloor that focus on max speed, I don't expect much from this first piece. All i ask is that we can compete on those drs line at our top speed to overtake people

Our worst race by far. First stint was good, we kept in a train with Ocon, Gasly, Zhou and Sergeant. Vesti pitted one lap too early and fell down to P21. In an attempt to create something, the team bet on a long run in wet for rain that never met what they expected. Both drivers are disappointed and hope the team will learn A LOT from this.
Except that, the race was pretty uneventful. Overtakes only happened at pit stops.

Time for Japan, it rained all week long. I don't really have any hope as Vesti went back on the old chassis since he broke hs new one and Maloney took the other one.

Japan GP Race Results : Vesti P16, Maloney DNF (P21)
Unlucky race for Maloney. On the third lap, Sergeant crashed into Ocon, creating a VSC. Sergeant and Ocon both had major problems so both our drivers overtook them.
Angry, Sergeant tried to fight to get his place back from Maloney but instead crashed into him, sending them both in the wall...
Safety car happened and we stayed out with Vesti when Bottas, Magnussen, Zhou, Gasly and Ocon pitted. Even though Bottas got through, Vesti did a perfect job defending on them with 20 more % of tyre degradation. An early pit allowed him to gain momemtum which led to a huge gap that allowed him to finish peacefully the race. Meanwhile Magnussen crashed while fighting with Zhou.
Top 10 standings after Japan GP :
Time for China GP ! The team is really excited to see how the new front and rear wings will work on the track. From what it is expected. The drivers should be able to compete with Sauber and Alpine with more ease. Haas ans Williams seems a little bit too far ahead for now. Some sources explained that Zenvo F1 Racing team will focus on a new underfloor for high speed corners on the next ATR session. Money is starting to come in and the team wants to update the infrastructures at mid season probably. There is also talks with some drivers from f2 and f3 to sponsor them this year or next year. As Maloney and Vesti have 2 and 3 years contract, the team isn t aiming for a new driver this year except in extreme case.

China GP SprintRace Results : Vesti DNF (P22), Maloney P15
That race... broke my heart. Both drivers made an amazing race. new parts are working like a charm and i m excited for the next races.
But Vesti was fighting for P11. He was 2 sec away 3 laps before the end and lost the car... Frederik broke his new gearbox, his new rear wing, and his other new chassis... Clearly unlucky one for him. He has a good pace but seems like new pieces are his nemesis.

As the Sprint showed us, those upgrades are great. Vesti confirmed his promising start of season while Maloney showed his limits again, his speed. Maybe the team also should have given to him soft at the end of the race. Overall both drivers were good, Maloney is a nice defender on long run, Vesti is a slow starter but his second stint is always impressive. We can see that in a lap, we re clearly not fast tho. Our regularity is the key to our results. Let's hope for even better results soon.

Vesti lost against Maloney in quali for the first time ! Maloney, man of the moment went into q2, full of hope. As always, hope comes with despair and Maloney spun and damaged his car right at the start of q2. With a broken rear wing and chassis, Maloney still manage to get p15 over Hamilton ??? Nice.

Really good race from both drivers. They fought really well against Lewis who had some gearbox issues on this race. Only negative point : Both drivers suddenly were slower at the end of the race making both of them lose one position on the last 3 laps.

Eventful race here at Miami ! Vesti started well his race getting up by one place and fighting against Bottas and Albon. Meanwhile, Maloney broke his front wing with Magnussen on lap 3. Since the gamage were minors, the team choice was to wait for the end of his hard tyres to make a one pit. The one pit strat didn't exist as Magnussen spun in sector 1 and created a red flag, nearly taking Gasly out with him. New tyres were on but... the team forgot to change Maloney front wing ! Thankfully, Gasly did a Magnussen on lap 34 creating a new red flag. Both drivers put new softs and raced against the other cars. 7 laps before the hand, Mercedes drama happened, as Lewis was about to overtake George, Russell decided to push him a bit in the wall to show him how Latifi felt all this year. With this penalty, and Stroll and Leclerc DNF for motor issues right before the second redflag, Zenvo F1 Racing Team were starting to hope for points. Sadly we came short a few seconds and decided to cool down our tyres to make sure we finish the race. The Maloney rivality keeps going on as Ocon is a part timer here, meanwhile Bottas and Vesti are starting to send each others mean looks in the paddock as competition is growing. Which of them will score points first this season ? We will see...

I must say, im really surprised by how Mercedes have difficulties to be competitive. I expected them to be ahead RB and Aston but instead they seem to be weaker and only surviving thanks to their drivers

Imola GP Race Results : Vesti P13, Maloney P15
First of all, Lando Norris won his first race here in Imola ! Also it s 1-2 for McLaren ! Red Bull had major problems on engine and gearbox, im surprised that they managed to not DNF like the Alpine who had an awful week with both drivers DNF.
For us, strategy was the key to this race. A one pit stop where we did a long run with hard and went on medium on the end to ensure that we have speed. Maloney defended like only him has the secret, ensuring the team a good GP where they never were in danger except by Albon. The car is expected to be 19th but both driver perform way better. Seems like both of them are adapting to F1 their own way.

Monaco GP Race Results : Vesti P10, Maloney DNF (P22)
Zenvo F1 Racing Team scored the first point of its history ! You guys can't imagine how happy I am after this race. I'll focus first on Maloney. Maloney won 2 place right from the 2 first laps to get to p17. He had a good pace and was 2 sec behind Vesti. His pace was good and our first stop allowed him to get p15. As the strategy was really good, both drivers could have fought for points. Unfortunately, Sainz crashed into Maloney under Blue Flag making him DNF. 2nd time this season 😦
For Vesti, he also won 1 place right at the start to get to P16. He had a good pace and followed Ricciardo who had a bad start.An early pit allowed Vesti to get up to P13 and fight with Tsunoda and Ricciardo. As Sainz DNF and Red Flag occured, Vesti restarted P12, overtook Ricciardo and was P10. Lesson learned from Australia, the team pitted from inters when they saw it was time for it and it would last for 10 laps. Even tho we were starting to get worried as we weren t able to overtake Magnussen in P18 for 6 laps. Suddenly we had a lot of Pace since wets were all worn on other cars. Our strat allowed us to overtake all the cars to P10 and when the track went dry, we pitted with 12 sec ahead Ricciardo. While Tsunoda spun and damaged his cars, Vesti took the car to the end for our first point !

Canadian GP Quali Results : Vesti P5, Maloney P8 (starting P21 for his extra ERS)
Both drivers went into q3! As the weather was fluctuating in those quali, we perfectly exploited it and succeded to put both drivers into q3. Vesti is P5 and can hope for points again even though it won t be raining on Sunday. Maloney will start P21 as he is already on his 3rd ERS

Canadian GP Race Results : Vesti P14, Maloney P18
One of my favorite track. As expected we weren t able to hold on our starting position and we actually fell a lot of place. Medium first weren t good for Vesti, who never felt right with them falling to P18. Thanks to 2 pit stop for softs, he went back up to P14. Meanwhile Maloney had a race where his mental was tested. An early spin, made him 13 sec away from P21. We chose to focus on pace and optimised the strategy to grind back. Really good week fro Ferrari who took advantage of many drivers having orange issues (7 drivers in the top 11). Pretty surprised that only Perez DNF.

Both drivers went to q2 without rain ! Didn t get to compete in q2 as traffic was against us. Both of them have a new sidepod and will get a new underfloor for the next race.

Not much to say about this race. It was more of a tyre preservation challenge than a race, we did 2 pit instead of 3, allowed us to get in a no man s land where we were driving at our own pace. Still happy to see that we don't fight with Alpine anymore.

That race has a bitter taste. Even though this result is really good. Some event in the race makes me salty about it. On lap 31, Bottas pushed Vesti off the track on the straight line on the start line. As the AI is coded for drivers to regain tracks "safely" Vesti lost 25 seconds letting all the car go through. The same thing happened before turn 3 for Maloney with Albon making him lose nearly 10 seconds. We'll never know if we could have points or not. Also since tyre degradation seems a bit excessive on our car, I decided to make a new suspension.
