When your drivers are on track during a red flag in qualifying and you accept the tyres and fuel and reconfigure and from this screen immediately "send out" again, it happened that a driver was stuck in "leaving pit lane" forever and never appeared on the circuit without a chance to ever interact with them again.

As a second issue related to this occurrence it happens that you choose the tires you want to continue with after the red flag, it says "reconfiguring" but the "send out" button stays grayed out forever afterwards, even though all requirements are met. No matter how many times you go back in to reconfigure, change to a different compound, it is not possible. EDIT: found a way around this, by manipulating the fuel/laps to run (1 down, 1 back up to original for all settings)
