You need to add the Weather Forecast after the Race Restart during a Red Flag. Especially during Wet-Periods, not being able to see what will happen within the next view Laps can destroy your whole Race and therefore cost you Championships...

Absolutely agree. You should be able to view what other teams are doing as well.
In real life F1, they do not tell the teams on the pit wall to turn off their monitors, so they cannot see any data or to not look at other teams to see what they are doing.
You should have access to the weather and everything else you have pre-race, plus the position list showing new tyre selection.
