I am missing my suspension for one of my cars, and i just entered the race weekend. I have them being manufactured, but wont be available for 4 days. I also cannot emergency manufacture them because it says something about my sponsorships making the factory out of service or something. I think my game progress is just permanently stuck now.
It will not let me enter P1 due to the missing part so I am just stuck in the menu before entering the race weekend.

remove one of your manufacturing projects and do an emergency manufacture

He can't do that as the factory is closed, i guess you can throw this save away now...
