I’m at the end of season on my Williams save and I promoted Pourchaire to the second driver seat and thus leaving the reserve seat empty. Then I gave Zane Maloney a contract making him the new reserve driver but only for next season meaning I’m stuck on the 31st of December and can’t advance. This is a known issue on PC that was fixed about 3 patches ago but clearly not on Xbox… 🙁
