As is possible in real-world F1, if a driver receives a certain number of penalties in a season they can be banned for a race. The player must put in their reserve driver for a race weekend.
This may help develop reserve drivers better and allow them to be more active in gameplay, and add a bit of jeopardy to hiring high agression drivers.

I mean this driver ban is not even a rule anymore, since that gasily incidents, FIA don't ban drivers only if the driver did something serious, the game needs more for that to happen
If you want reserve drivers to drive in main races then the game should add drivers feeling ill or sick so they can't race meaning the reserve has to drive but driver bans is not that right way
