I think it would be very good if other drivers could steal/poach your drivers, so you dont have a 100% chance to get the driver you want,

I've never seen anyone else get it. and I'm pretty sure aarava used a database editor just so he could get vettel so I assumed he put piastri out and wanted a good story to get vettel back
