Manager 23: Difficulty setting

Hey guys,

I have seen this in the investigation thread of the update, but I want to give my own idea on the topic.

After doing one season, I realized that the AI teams are insanely aggressive regarding development and pace on-track, which is a stratospheric jump in difficulty compared to F1 Manager 22.

So the thing that I thought is as follows:

• Inside the game settings, there should be an option that says "Career Mode Difficulty", with two available options.
• The first of the two options being "Classic", which basically would replicate the difficulty from F1 Manager 22, in which the AI drivers stay on standard pace and fuel and only go for deploy ERS should overtaking opportunities arise.
• The second option being "Challenging", which is the difficulty we have right now. The AI doing manual control in Qualifying, using pace and fuel to the full extent, and so on.

If that's not possible, I would really appreciate it if the AI gets made easier or if the development for the player gets buffed, because at the current state, it is impossible to become champion in the near future.

I do not agree:
2 types of difficulty with easy / medium / hard settings:
race difficulty
management difficulty

the first balance is the AI's strategy etc. while the second is the development and management capacity of the AI. in hard mode I expect it to take many years to get to being a top team
