Sounds like an interesting challenge with the contract situation. You’ll have to pick and choose what you think is most important to change and do things over time if you’re going to stay on budget

The Ben Michell hire sounds like a good start, particularly with his high computer stat and having young drivers. He made a big difference for me at Williams by helping keep Schumacher’s confidence up so he can keep the car on track more often

So before the race, we get an email. If we succeed, we get 3X the money, if we don’t succeed, we loose 2X the money

So I go off the Car Analysis where it says we’re 3rd, 4th in low speed

#

So I say we’re going to qualify both cars in the top 8

#

And are both going to reach Q3

#

Q1 was great, we got P3, P6

#

AND THEN Q2

ZANE HAS NO PACD

HE IS 5 seconds off the leader

2 seconds off the closest guy
