Currently you can only change the number of scouts, engineers and scouts with a slider - (real) persons are missing there.
It would be nice, if we could build our own pit stop crew as well, dicide which engineers or scouts we want to sign for our team and scout needed stuff persons on the transfer market.
Also this feature would add some deeper management aspect into the game.
