The game never starts, it just freezes on the boot screen. I can't play, don't pay for this...

Have you tried any troubleshooting things already? Did you ever use any custom content/mods at all?

No custom content/mod, I just turned on my laptop, the patch 1.6 was updated and now the game won't start. I created a support ticket yesterday and still no one responds 💩
