#Better rain experience

I would like the rain experience to improve. Here are some ideas:

  1. Don't show the number of mm but keep the cloud and rain icons. Meteorology is not an exact science. In later editions, the drivers themselves may ask/inform the team on the track conditions, or asking for inters from dry to wet conditions or slicks on a drying track.
  2. In the map overview during the race, be able to zoom in/out, be informed of wind direction, see the clouds moving towards the track... rely on drivers or race engineers letting you know what corners/sector will be impacted first (remember Spa 2023 and Russia 2021).
  3. When conditions are drying, the racing line becomes dry but it is wetter offline, overtaking drivers are at a disadvantage and lock ups and spins are more likely.

I strongly believe these ideas could massively improve the rain experience. I know it probably takes a long time before we see this in game but I hope these suggestions are being considered. Have a great day!

The undercut should also improve when switching from wet to inter. I tried that in the race 1-2 laps earlier and didn't close the gap.

One thing I've noticed is that Inter in any Wet level (4mm+) is immediately terrible whereas Wet in Inter levels can be competitive all the way to at least 3mm. The Inter, however, overheats and struggles even at 0.5mm. It's just inconsistent what works and what doesn't in respective 'wrong' conditions.

The problem with removing mm, though, as per your suggestion is that the AI would also have to be far more 'guessy' with their decisions. Right now they're working perfectly with their wet strategies, it seems.
