lowering priority

How do I ensure my background jobs or scheduled jobs have a lower priority than my events

Afaik there is no priority, jobs and events are handled differently. Jobs are in bullmq queue and events in redis

OK thr problem is once a batch job commences the event handling hangs

Sorry meant scheduled job

I have a scheduled job.. creating a batch job..

When this happens the batch job runs but all Sub sequent events remain in the redis
