What are the suggested ways to do in Medusa to get it done optimally?

I have analyzed bulk insert API, but it's also doing things one by one at a time in a loop, taking too much time.
Medusa takes around 2 hrs for 40k products.
Would be great if someone can give a lead.

This has more to do with typeorm than medusa.
