#Is Medusa compatible with PHP hosting with a MySql database? And do you have support for selling dig

My web hosting does not support node or PostgreSQL, only PHP with MySQL.

And I need to sell digital products, after the customer makes the payment they can download the product, usually in ZIP format.

With medusa, can I make this type of sale in my store in a secure way so that no one has access to the files before payment?

If all this is possible, could anyone tell me what is the best way for me to make these settings?

You'll definetly need node/js. Also, at least as far as I know, you'll also need a Postgresql db in production

Why not switch though? How big is the database? What store are you using? Is it a WP installation?

I have a node installation on my pc, to compile my projects in vue.js. I wanted to create a store on my server, but PHP stores are too heavy and full of useless features for me. But I use many other PHP systems that prevent me from changing hosting types.

And I don't have a WP installation, I don't like WP. All my projects are created from scratch by myself. I wanted to use medusa because I learned that it could be linked to a website with vue.js.

I also don't have any store on my server, my store is currently on the gumroad website, but the fees there are very high and that's why I wanted to move to my own store.
