while i triggering the receive return icon it getting error i don't what is the problem i'm facing can any one help me to fix that

You are using a rather old version of the admin dashboard, and it most likely won't work if you are using a newer version of Medusa. I would advice you to update you admin dashboard before anything else.

Ahh okay I see what is happening, you are creating a return without any return method. You should add a return method when creating returns, if the items aren't being shipped you can add a new return method called "In-person delivery" etc. But we should definitely handle the error better so I'll open a issue, and we will attend to fixing it.
