Hi, if vercel is specialised in React like apps I don't think that the server can be deployed to vercel, but the admin (React) yes and storefront (Next) yes
If there is no guide actually we can work on proposing a tutorial

Don't miss that a commercial use of vercel is not free but on Netlify there is no problem
