Server Inbuilt tiertagger mod

Add a tiertagger mod like mcpvpclub so that player can see tiers of other peoples whom they are fighting

Every day I log on eu.stray.gg with my TierTagger on. I do this so I can find people with high tiers who I could engage with in a 1v1 to possibly improve at a block game. My only pain in life is seeing someone be tier 5. Just seeing that tier makes me feel disgusted. In the case that I lose to someone that's tier 5, I start feeling very depressed and it actually feels painful and hurts my ego, making it difficult for me to keep enjoying life.
