Here is a list of all our commonly asked questions and their answers!

• Where can commands be used?
Commands can be used in #hand-unit📟 for general commands and in #prize-corner🪙 for economy commands. #fnaf-rp also allows the usage of Tuppers, which must be created in the Hand Unit channel shown above.

• What are the level requirements?
Use the !perms command in the #hand-unit📟 channel, or check out the Levels & Permissions guide in Server Guide for all the information on level requirements!

• What are the 'GIVE CAKE' and 'Security Cameras' roles?
The GIVE CAKE role is granted to users who have [set up their birthday on the server!](#hand-unit📟 message) Those with the GIVE CAKE role will be hoisted for the day. The Security Cameras role is activated when a user is streaming on a linked platform.

• How do I get the Purple Guys and/or Superstars roles?
The Purple Guys role can be obtained by subscribing to Sklarlight on Twitch until if/when DIscord adds support for non-US based Server Subscriptions/Products. The Superstars role is obtained by supporting the server via Patreon. Check out #supporter-roles for more information.

• I'm a content creator, how do I get the Verified Content Creator role?
You must have a non-paid verified profile, or otherwise be a notably recognisable figure in the community, please send @lime fjord a DM and if you're eligible, he'll add it for you!

• How do I get the Trusted role?
The Trusted role is also included by reaching Level 50 in the server, however, it can also be obtained on a nomination basis from the moderators when they've spotted a really valuable member of the server.

• I left and rejoined the server, can I get my roles back?
Most roles are automatically regranted, however, you will need to redo your reaction roles manually. Any roles purchased from the Prize Corner channel need to be manually reactivated by using the !use command followed by the name of the purchased role. Sadly, any other roles, including roles purchased with the Additional Role Token, will be lost.

• Is this the verified FNAF Discord Server?
Yes, it has a green checkmark! Our server was verified on the 15th of August 2021 as a result of being tied to the verified Facebook page. It was then partnered on the 17th. Scott Cawthon also gave his direct permission and blessing for Sklarlight (Adam) to run the verified Discord on his behalf. Use the !verified command in #hand-unit📟 for more info!

Server staff reserve the right to remove any overwhelmingly unpleasant members from the server regardless of whether or not it directly violates any rules, this is in an effort to keep the server a positive and friendly environment.

Pizzeria Newsletter. This category will be where news announcements are made and shared. Be sure to select which type of news you want to be notified about in the #roles channel! We'll never ping 'here' or 'everybody' unless it's an emergency.

Meet & Greet. Here you'll be able to introduce yourself, as well as get to know other members, as well as moderators and administrators!

Pizzeria | FNaF. Everything FNaF goes into here!

Sister Location | Off-Topic. Everything not FNaF-related goes into here!

Office | Commands & Games. The Office is where you can use commands for a multitude of reasons! This includes checking your rank, and playing games to earn Faz Tokens and gain additional roles.

Fazbear Support. This category includes the #mod-consult👮 channel, where reports and suggestions can be made. You can also submit a comment via Fazbear Mail if you wish to get in touch with us privately.

Kitchen. This category is where the voice channels are located, there is a FNaF Voice Channel, and a General Voice Channel.

Scooping Room. Channels stored in this category didn't make it! They were archived after either being limited-time only, or no longer in-use.
