Tyler controls a tapped Havoc Wrap and a Frostbite and wants to play Infect
Does Infect cost 0 or 1?
I know that cost increases are applied before cost reductions, but I just wanted to be sure if that's the case for this interaction as well 🤔

It would cost 0. It still follows the standard increase first, then deduction second. So 0 base, +1 frostbite, -1 havoc wrap
