If a player wants to play for example Dash I/O at worlds in both CC and LL, do they need seperate cards for those decks. I.e., if you run 3 twin drove in both CC and LL, do you need to bribg 6 copies? Also for equipment if you are playing CoP, do you need to brong 2 of them?

You don't need to bring separate copies for cards shared between decks
decks are only required to be legal at the moment you present them to your opponent, so there should not be an issue if your LL deck is currently not legal while you're playing CC
