However, to answer the spirit of your question: Yes, they both trigger at the same time since Scar is a play trigger. Meaning that, for example, if you have 1 less life than your opponent you should be able to order the triggers such that Scar for a Scar’s trigger resolves before damage is dealt from the Runechant
