Let me get this straight you hit with The art of desire, with a just a nick on it? And you banish a blue because of one of the hits and draw the path?

It depends... if you draw from the hit trigger then yes you can give it go again in time. If you drew because nuu's trigger caused it to banish a defending card then you would not be able to due to the latest rules changes
