1.8.6.a, as the card cannot be revealed so a value of 0 is used. But correct 5 .

1.8.6a If an effect requires the value of a numeric property from a specific object without that property, then zero is used as the value for the purpose of the effect.

The reveal portion is an attack layer and not a cost requirement, so Rabble could be played with an empty deck and the same situation would occur.
