Hi! New to the game and starting with Dash I/O. I’ve played a Spark of Genius( I’ve boosted this turn) and search my library for an item into play and Shuffle. Do I have a chance to look the top of my library/play the top if it’s an Item before I draw a card from Spark of Genius?

No, you need to finish resolving spark before you can look at the top card of your deck again

Spark changes what the top card of the deck is, so the next avaliable time is the next time any player would gain priority, which is right after spark is done resolving
You also can't ever play anything during the process of resolving a card
