#Minerva Themis on hit effect missed trigger

I was watching a match in my armory and 1 of the players had a Minerva in arsenal with 2 lesson counters, them he hit the opponent with his weapon and didn't put a new lesson count on.
How should i proceed?
Should I warn about the lost trigger? Or should I just ignore it because it could count as outside assistance?

Minerva Themis

While Minerva is face down in arsenal, at the start of your turn, you may turn her face up.

While Minerva is face up in arsenal, 1H weapons you control have +1{p}. Whenever a weapon you control hits, put a lesson counter on Minerva. Then if there are 3 or more lesson counters on her, banish her, search your deck for a specialization card, put it face up into arsenal, and shuffle.

With the recent changes to the missed trigger philosophy, you could step in right away and remind the player of that trigger.

I don't believe there is an advantage to gain by the player, so it will always be a caution.

If you don't want to be too intrusive, you could wait until they are about to perform another action (give them the time to remember the trigger themselves), then step in.
