When an angel dies, the card flips and becomes a figment again and is "reset". Is it considered to have entered the arena again ?

No, the card "resets" in that it flips back from the angel side to the figment side, just like how dragons and invocations do, on the way to the graveyard

When the angel dies it flips back to the figment side and goes to the graveyard. Which is not in the arena.
