Let's say Player-A uses Scabskin Leathers and rolls a 6. Player-B forces a reroll with Gambler's Gloves. The result is a 1. Player-A later plays High Roller. Does High Roller see the 6 result from earlier?

Gambler's gloves is a replacement effect. If an event is replaced using a replacement effect the original event is considered to have not happened and the replaced version of the event is the one that happened

So the 6 rolled is considered to have not happened

Patrick is correct, for further information it is defined in CR 2.3 6.4.6, If an event is replace, the original event does not occur...
