Berserk and Beast Within

If Berserk has been played and Beast Within gets discarded randomly, how do you determine how to resolve the effects of the two cards?

You can put them onto the stack in any order

triggered-layers have been created, they are added to the stack in an order chosen by the turn player.

So if I for some reason resolve Berserk first, does the Beast Within effect still happen since it was already on the stack, even though the card is banished when it resolves?

Yes

beast within doesn't require it to still be in the graveyard when its trigger resolves
