Hello, in the Season 3 event of the game I need to upgrade my castle to level 7, but it requires Ascension Level 7. I have reset the ascension level several times (perfectly using Amber), but the castle still doesn’t recognize or validate the level. Is there any solution to this? Thank you very much.

You buy the hammer upgrade in the bottom of the elixir tree. RIP your amber.
