Since the late provinces of Conquest is meant to be done with Legendary Heroes, which players will struggle to get the correct ones that they need, and the gacha keeps giving only Rare heroes from rare scrolls and Epic heroes from epic scrolls. Preferably 10 rare scroll pulls for at least 1 Epic, and every 20 epic scroll pull is 1 Legendary.

iirc the scrolls are a little bugged right now but it should be fixed next update

Also, 5 epic scrolls for 1000 amber is not appealing
