Today i've purchased the VIP pack and i can't really tell that i'm actually benefit from it.
I missing the bonus keys and the ambers. Steam states that i'm cleary got the upgrade but then why do i still got the become a VIP banner ingame?

also it shows you bought boost 6 which is what 700 amber purchase is called
i could be wrong but just looking at the pictures you sent that makes the most sense to me
also if you show all the other buttons on the support screen you can see what dlc you own (vip is called supporter pack)
then again dosent look like you got any amber at all (so just wait for shamahan to respond)

The pack you just bought is just an amber pack that adds 700 amber to your balance. To buy VIP you have to look up DLCs on game's steam page or click the button that says VIP ingame.

That's sounds fishy to me, because when i try to buy the vip pack it cleary states that i'm going to buy booster 6. As you see on the pictures i got it and used the booster, but i still don't get the benefits.
My guess is that steam was pretty unstable a few hours earlier and things get scuffed up. That maybe explains the price differences.
I try to contact with steam support also and hopefully the case will justified.

Does clicking on buy VIP gets you this boost 6 (which is just an amber pack (700)) purchase? If so, that's weird

We need someone without VIP to check if clicking on VIP button sends him to boost 6 thing too
Unfortunately, Shamahan is on vacation for a week right now, so we have to wait him back to ask for help...
The thing i know for sure is that buying one of these straight from Steam Store page should get you VIP with no problem. It seems ingame interface might be broken

i honestly think this is steams fault here. people talked about this "boost 6" item that they have in inventories or the page to purchase boost 6 that they are being redirected to, ever since the new steam ui dropped around june 15th
but yeah shamahan has to 100% investigate this quickly and see if he can fix it on his end. if not he would have to address this to their support
