Add a number over each column of elixir tree upgrades for quick reference

This allows for quickly finding and letting people know where in the elixir tree a particular upgrade is and give people a sense of progression as they tick off entire columns of upgrades

It could be nice but it would make the screen even more cluttered and full of numbers. Probably not going to be added
Also due to how scaling works on mobile devices there wouldn't be any space to add these numbers
