I downloaded the software last week without any issues, and it worked fine for a couple days. Now, I am only able to record when one track exists; it doesn't matter if there is anything on either track, I am still unable to record if there is more than one. When I attempt to record, it appears that a recording is started but ends after approximately .5 of a second. Occasionally, this will result in error codes. I have received multiple codes, mostly 9999, but have also on one occasion received another code that wasn't listed in the error codes section on the support page. (I believe it may have said "Device Unavailable," but I'm not entirely sure) I have followed the troubleshooting steps listed for 9999, but this has not resulted in any changes.
(My interface is an M-Audio M-Track Solo and I'm using Windows 11, if it helps)
