Two different tone in their respective sides

Hi, I'm trying to make a stereo track with a tone in left side, and another tone in the right side. I use stereo and pan, but no matter what I do, there will always be some of the "left" tone in the right side, and vice versa.

I want one tone STRICTLY in the left ear/side, and the other tone STRICTLY in the right ear/side. How do I do that?

It could be your headphones. I have a nice pair of Audio-technica headphones ATH-M30x that do this - when I plug in some sony earbuds I get NO bleed out of the same stereo jack. Also you can search the internet for "(windows) stereo bleed"

I got a friend to help me, and I did it correct. The problem is somewhere in Windows and/or my sound card. When I play the sound on my phone it works as it should
