this will shorten the track a bit as well, but will keep the waveform intact without needing to decide what bits of audio to cut out or duplicate in order to achieve the increased pitch
If it won't work satisfactorily in Audacity, you could use sox (will possibly introduce stutter) of ffmpeg ('atempo' filter, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OiostfSkgs8)

atempo is using WSOLA which tends to have better results for music content, so it's worth a shot
