It appears that these 3 files correspond to an empty project. If I start Audacity it will create an empty Project and the same 3 files on my PC with the same size. When you start to record they will start to increase in size. I located the 3 files in the same folder and Audacity recovered the project but with empty contents.

Not using that files and according to your screenshot there are no more unsaved project files in the SessionData folder.
