Umbraco Form Entities customization

Is there any way we can add an approve/reject record on the page of an exact record, or are we forced to do it on the list of entities?
Cause I want to improve the member manager experience by sending a URL for a record to his email, and it is convenient to approve or reject it on that page, where you can see all the data. Something like on the pic in the top right corner

You can add it from out , you can select the record and approve it or reject it.
