its been a while, but the 2 options for Workflow Notifications

What are the default out the box setting for the two sendNotifications

"SettingsCustomization": {
"General"
"SendNotifications": bool,

and
ContentReviews
"SendNotifications": bool,

2 can use the back office to reset this, or is it done purely by configuration file
3. if no template is set is it a plain text email

I believe

false
configuration file, there is a whole config section for usync and its in there.
3.I believe its plain text, it wont just not send an email or error because it cannot find the template

my experience (Umbraco 12-13)

Hey Rav, notifications are disabled by default but can be enabled via app settings or the backoffice UI. If no template is found for the email type, the email is not sent.

Doing this as part of a learning exercise.. so relearning what’s changed and where all the good stuff is
