Since releasing the Security Patch to 8 users who are NOT Administrators can not see the RTE in the CMS.
We are hosting on Azure using an Identiy provider to login

It also happens if I run the CMS locally

If we make a user Administrator we do not see this issue

I belive this is being fixed as we speak, there is already a new v8 since this mornings release, i think they are just working through the versions.
